Now for a bit of hands-on fun! In about 15 minutes, you’ll join forces with our expert staff to combine all the wonderful ingredients in a primary container. Ta-da! Stage 1 of your creation is officially complete. While the magic happens, you can sit back and relax! Depending on the wine you’ve chosen, the fermentation, racking, clarifying, and filtering will be expertly handled by us over the next 4 to 8 weeks.

Keep an eye on your receipt – it holds the key date! The “bottling date” noted there is our target for when your exceptional beverage will be just right. As that exciting bottling date gets closer, we’ll reach out to you with a friendly call to let you know your product is nearly ready. We’ll then schedule a bottling appointment at a time that suits your schedule perfectly .

The big day is here! Bring in your sparkling clean, empty wine and/or beer bottles ready to be filled with your masterpiece. Need more bottles? No problem – we have a selection available for purchase. We’ll show you how to operate our powerful bottle sanitizers, which can efficiently clean the inside of up to 30 bottles at once – making preparation a breeze .

Experience the satisfying simplicity of our pneumatic power corker, making the corking process as smooth as closing a door. Want to add a personal flair? We have shrink caps and labels available to give your bottles that professional look. Even better, you can personalize your label with your own unique vintage name, artwork, and design.
