Welcome to Fernie’s On Premise Wine Kit U-Brew store where Great
wine is yours for the making!
We have been serving Fernie and surrounding area since 1992.
For 30 Years we have helped craft wine makers by providing the
space, equipment, and the service of doing the procedures for you
including filtering your wine.
Come on in! We have an excellent selection of distinctive quality
kits to choose from. We can help you choose a
wine that you will enjoy and assist you getting it started.
You leave it in our care for 4-8 weeks depending on the kit you
choose.
Bottling takes half to one hour and is your opportunity to dress and
personalize your wine with labels and shrink caps. Even more fun
when you bottle with a friend!
Your wine is ready to drink at bottling and will continue to improve
over time. Aging time varies from 2-6 months, depending on the kit
you choose. It will evolve and become more complex and flavourful.
